By using our website, mobile site you agree with our terms and conditions, accept it and will abide with it in every situation. Terms and conditions mentioned below are subject to change time to time and customers/visitors are expected to keep themselves updated with these T&Cs.

Our terms and conditions apply to all website visitors irrespective of source they land on our website. Website may have third party content, information and links and SendBestGift.com will not be responsible if any type of third party content, information and links are not updated. And it is also not necessary that SendBestGift.com promotes all or any of products, services offered by these third party entities.
Right to Communicate –
All the website users, customers agree to receive communications from us by SMS, e-Mail or any other mode electronically, physically via post or verbally. All website users agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that SendBestGift.com provides to you by SMS, e-mail or in any other mode satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Products & Related Specifications -
All the details related to products such as pricing, descriptions, stock availability are subject to change. SendBestGift.com reserves the right to change, discontinue, suspended product and its details without any notice. If any product listed on our website contains incorrect price or description due to typographic error or any other reason SendBestGift.com reserve the right to cancel the order whether it was confirmed earlier or not. If customer has been charged for the product and SendBestGift.com cancels the order, in that case refund will be processed within 7 working days of a credit note of same amount will be issued. The refund will be processed to same online mode that the customer has used to make a purchase with us.
Images shown on website for flowers, cakes and other gifts are indicative, the presentation showcased on website may differ from product delivered. The arrangement and decoration might differ but quantity will never be compromised. This is possible due to unavailability of flowers, or any other natural and uncontrollable reasons.
All the perishable products shown on website might differ from actual product delivered in terms of presentation, decoration because of nature of such products as they are handmade. Well quality and quantity is never compromised.
In case ordered flowers, cakes, sweets, fruits and similar gifts are not available in your town/city then best quality flower. Cakes or similar gift item will be delivered of same value (or higher value). And if receiver is not available at the time of delivery then product will be considered delivered for perishable products. However our representatives always take prior appointment and call before coming for delivery.
We offer same day delivery for perishable items but there is no time commitment until you opt for Fixed Time or Midnight Delivery. We will deliver the order the date you mentioned and in case we fail to deliver it, we shall keep you updated or cancel your order.
The perishable items return or replacement will not be acceptable considering the nature of the products cannot be re-consumed. In case of any disputed the customer need to send email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will take 2 working days to respond the email, we do not promise any timeline for the resolution.
In case the delivery location is outside the city area or remote location, we may contact you for extra delivery charges, it’s advisable to check the delivery location with complete address with our Live Chat support team or call at +91-9555151500.
All courier items the delivery date is tentative, we do not promise any same day delivery for courier items. Courier items will be sent from our head office and will take 5-10 business days for the delivery. Once the item(s) has dispatch the order cannot be cancelled.
In case you receive the courier items in broken/damaged condition which does not happen, please notify us as soon as you received the items and send us the image to our customer support. Replacement or Refund would be entirely our Management Decision and we shall respond you in next 2 business days.
If you want to cancel your order, kindly contact our customer support or email at email@example.com. The cancellation can be done at least 2 days in advance. Same Day Delivery orders process on same day hence cancellation can’t be done. Also orders already processed from our end or out for delivery cannot be cancel.

The pictures shown on our websites are indicative. The actual products delivered arrangements may be different, the products decoration & packaging varies at different locations based on availability of products. No claim for the identical product delivered would be accepted.
The Shape, Design or flavor of the ordered cakes, flowers, Greeting Cards, Sweets, Dry Fruits, Chocolates may vary due to high seasonal rush, we shall try our level best to meet your expectations. Quality of the products is assured.
Due to Valentine’s Day Gifts & Rose Day Gifts high volume of deliveries, we are unable to commit anytime for the delivery. But all the orders placed by Feb 13 & Feb 06 respectively would be delivered on specified date. Some orders may be delivered 1 day in advance of Valentine’s Day due to high seasonal rush.
The Delivery Time for Rose Day Feb 07 & Valentine’s Day Feb 14 would be 7:00 AM to 00:00 Hours. Your order can be delivered any time between this duration irrespective of any slot of timings specified.
Order Placed on February 07 & February 14 would be effort based, we shall try our level best to deliver it on February 07 & February 14 respectively but some of the orders will be delivered next day. There is no Same Day Delivery Commitment for the orders placed on February 07 & February 14.
We reserve all the rights to cancel any order without any specified reason, yes if we do so 100% refund would be processed. No further claim or compensation would be entertained.
In case Customer asks for Cancellation of the order, a service charge of 5% would be deducted and rest amount would be refunded. For cancellation kindly contact our customer support & it will be management decision to accept or denied the request. All processed orders cannot be cancelled.
The messages given with the orders would be effort based, we shall try to send the message with the gift as per specified instructions. However sometimes, the message can’t be send.
The Delivery Confirmation may be given on next day, we shall try our best efforts to notify you ASAP.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon - Haryana, India court only.
