Patisa is made with a lot of labour as the sugar is crystallised first and then it is made. Patisa special is soft and has layers over layers over it and It’s really yum to have. Ingredients: Wheat flour, turmeric powder, pistachio, melon seed, musk melon seed, sugar, lemon, gram pulse flour, almonds and permitted colors added. Shelf Life : 15 Days
