Forget Me Notis a genus of flowering plants in the family Boraginaceous. Myosotis, the scientific name of forget me not, means mouse’s ear in ancient Greek. The name comes from the shaped of foliage which is believed to be in the shape of mouse’s ear. The original Forget me not, Myosotis scorpioides, are native to the United States of America. Forget me not plants produce five pedaled blue blooms with a yellow center. The main flowering season is from May to October.
